I can’t ask for a better place to take my boys, they’re kind, patient and offer a quiet separate room for any child who has a hard time. My oldest has adhd and tends to struggle in certain settings so it helps knowing that they don’t judge and give him time too calm down. Also a huge bonus that they’re bilingual as well.

Very glad we found Normandy Park Kids Dentistry! Every aspect of this practice considers kids at the core. From the games in the waiting room to the iPads on chairs to the age-appropriate language and care they have with the patients, we could not be more impressed.

For sensory sensitive kids, the environment is calm and clean and we have always been the only family in there. While I know they are busy, they seem to schedule mindfully to give focused care to one patient/family at a time.

My child is very nervous, and has sensory processing issues. The technician and doctor at NP were patient, positive, and used up to date technology for a more pleasant experience. For example, four relatively easy x rays with a digital capture device of some kind instead of a bunch of those little white cards that hurt to hold in your mouth.

They played my child’s requested netflix show on an iPad while in the dental chair, and gave them a fun fidget toy reward at the end. It was definitely as less painful than average dental visit.

We really have loved seeing Dr. Alegre. Our second visit was just as excellent as our first one. The staff are attentive and friendly. Dr. Alegre is kind and thorough, addressing any concerns. They are respectful of my decision declining fluoride (we use a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste instead) and do not pressure me to change my mind. The facilities are impeccable and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

I wish they took adults! My kid had an accident on Sunday and my family dentist wasnt available so I had to drive to Childrens! This kods dentist was referred to me by our dentist and said had I emailed or called the after hours line I could have been seen by her on the weekend. Also they have arcade games in the lobby and kids movies on the big screen! Each chair has an iPad! Tons of activities to distract your kids! Staff was very kind and on time!

The initial phone call interaction, text message reminders, front desk staff, the hygienist, and Dr. Becker were so pleasant. My 18 month old had a wonderful experience (no tears!) and the appointment was thorough and a breeze. We were only there for less than 30 minutes, so everyone was very efficient!
